Return Policy:

The Mando Shop offers a 3 day approval period on all new instruments. To return an instrument you must contact us within the 3 day period following delivery of the instrument to request a return authorization. Upon receiving the return authorization, the instrument must be shipped back to us on the next business day with the instrument packed in the original shipping container, properly insured and in new condition or the return will not be accepted. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. It is the customer's responsibility for return shipping charges and shipping insurance.
