Return Policy
The Mando Shop offers a one week evaluation period on all new instruments. Within seven days from receiving the instrument you may return it. Please contact us for a return authorization number. Upon receiving the return authorization number, the instrument must be shipped back to us on the next business day with the instrument packed in the original shipping container, properly insured and in new condition or the return will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. It is the customer's responsibility for return shipping charges and shipping insurance.
