NAMM 2008 Photos

This years NAMM show was all business.  I added the Breedlove and JBovier mandolin lines, purchased a new bass from Eastman, bought both of Eastman's newest additions to their mandolin line, purchased some new Eastman acoustic guitars and of course some violins and cellos. There wasn't much time for picture taking but I did get a few shots of the new Eastman mandolins and the JBovier mandolins and here they are.

Eastman's newest mandolins

The one in the center above is Eastman's newest 915. They really  have taken the quality up a notch with this one.

The one in the center above is Eastman's newest 815.  I really love the new color in the varnish finish.

JBovier Mandolins

Above is JBovier's latest mandolin with Zebra wood back and sides.

Above is the JBovier F5 Vine Mandolin.  Sorry I didn't take a close up of the fingerboard.  I have a Vine on order so I'll soon have close-ups for you.

Here's the JBovier F5 Tradition.

And the JBovier A5.

Above is the JBovier F5 Dorado in satin.  All of the mandolins played great and sounded great.  I'm proud to add them to The Mando Shop selection.
