This JBovier A5 with Gold Hardware in Hawaiian Sunset finish has a carved solid Engleman spruce top. The bridge is traditional ebony.  This new version has X bracing which contributes to really good tone.

The radiused ebony fret board and large frets are a real plus for the mandolin player.
